At 5 1/2 months, I think we're there!

same here! 5.5 months and she is no longer content just chillin on mommys lap
looking at everything/everyone and squirming to get out of my arms to play on the floor and grab everything in sight!

Same for us! She has my whole family cracking up because she is such a busybody. She is so nosy - she has to look.at.everything!!

I think right around that time for us too. She wants to touch everything. Very hard to hold her and do stuff sometimes.

the memories of my baby ever just chilling on my lap or cuddling are fading quick! i think he started being a BB when was like 3 months! i can;t sit down with him now. i must stand or constantly entertain him

I'd say about 3.5 months. She was born curious, but by then her nosiness was apparent to anyone! She doesn't want to miss a thing!

Straight out of the womb! Kidding... Kind of. She's always been a mover. Before she could roll or do much of anything she was constantly moving something... Even as a newborn. By 4 months she would only stand and jump, not sit, in our laps. As soon as she started rolling we considered her mobile. It took about 2 days for her to figure out how to roll across the room. I'm really tired.

My baby really was never a good lap baby. I don't every remember her just sitting in my lap and being happy. She would cry unless I stood up and walked around with her. Now at 12 months her busy body tendancies have just escalated with age. She always needs to be inventing a new game or playing with a new toy, otherwise she gets angry!

My 4.5 month old is WILD! She has to be sitting up so she can see everything or moving or outside or looking at the dog. Otherwise, she's pissed! No sitting still!!!!
