My LO 2 started army crawling at 10.5 months. No signs of regular crawling yet. 
LO 1 started army crawling at 6.5 months and regular crawling around 11 months. She took her first steps at 14.5 months...walking at 15 months.

Same here. She crawled at 12 months and walked at 16.

DD crawled at 11 months, started walking at 16 months. DS still doesn't really crawl (he can, but chooses not to, and scoots instead), but he just took about 8 steps on his own (16.5 months).
