DS, around 4 months.
DD, maybe 6? She really wasn't interested!
Eta: as for which way, I'm too terrible of a mom to have noticed.

DS - 3 months for both ways
DD1 - 2 months from tummy to back and 4.5 months from back to tummy
DD2 - 6 weeks from tummy to back and then 8 weeks from back to tummy

Tummy to back must be easier! Or there's more motivation because they're pissed about tummy time! LOL!

Exactly 3 months from tummy to back. I think back to tummy was a couple weeks later.

Both DS's did tummy to back at 2.5 weeks. DS1 did back to tummy at 2.5 months. DS 2 is 11 weeks and still working on that one

DS went tummy to back at 5.5 months, and didn't go back to tummy until 7.5 months!

4 months he went tummy to back, and yesterday at 5 months he went back to tummy.

DS1 - back to belly right before 4 months and belly to back a bit after that
DS2 - 6 months and no rolling whatsoever. Not even attempting. In fact, he totally resists and tries to go the opposite way when I try to help him. He is in no hurry to move!
