LO is 6 months and is rocking back and forth on her hands and knees. We are just waiting for her to take off!

Mine army crawled at 6 months and did that almost entirely until a year. She was able to actually crawl starting at around 9 months, but didn't switch over to it until about a year. She's always been on the slow side with her physical milestones - at almost 15 months, she's only just trying to stand up on her own. Walking is a ways off.

The army crawl started around 8 months, he got really good at spinning around. The real crawling was around 9 months, and very shortly after that he started sitting up on his own. Pulling to stand started at 10 months for us, and he can "walk" along furniture now at 11 months.
Seemed like it took forever to get to real crawling, and now he's so close to standing and walking on his own in the blink of an eye!

She's starting to drag herself with her arms (we have wooden floors), it's not really crawling just yet, but I'm surprised by how far she can get! Last night she actually lifted her hips up and rocked a bit. I'm kind of freaking out because we haven't really childproofed anything yet!

DD didn't crawl until 9 months and then she started walking at 10 months! For a long time we thought she was just going to skip crawling altogether.
DS started army crawling around 5/6 months and then started real crawling about a month later.

6 months. And he's super fast now at 7.5 months. He didn't actually start out with the rocking that most babies do, but instead would get in plank / push-up position and just hold it for like 2 minutes. It was odd. Once he found his knees, he was off!
