My LO is a little over 2.5 months and lately she has been drooling like crazy. I am talking slobber everywhere! She also chews on anything she can get her hands on: her hands, fingers, blankets, clothes, toys. Is it possible she could already be teething this young? When did your LO start teething?

Right around or right before 3 months. She'll be 4 months next Friday and she's a little teething monster. I can see the front 2 in the bottom coming in.
Drooling and chewing on things is normal at this age, even without teething.

She got her first tooth at 7 months. She did a lot of chewing and drooling though from 3 months or so on.

DD didn't start teething until 6 months, and then she got teeth in on a fast schedule; she had all her teeth (even two year molars) by 18 months.
DS started teething at about 3 months. He got his first 2 bottom teeth at 3.5 months, and this morning I could see that his top two teeth are starting to move down, too.

I justjust checked her mouth for thea first time andI I see two little white things on her bottom gums, but they haven't broken through. Teeth!

@Mrsdaredevil: Yep! That's what C's gums have looked like for a couple weeks now!

I felt like she started teething young, but the teeth didn't pop up until 8 months. She's 12 months and still only has 2 teeth.

at almost 7mos but he drooled sooooo much before it sprouted!

Her first tooth broke through after she turned 4 months!
