DD1 started with her walker and cruising on furniture around 8 months. She took her first steps at 11 months and full on walking about 13 months.
DD2 is 10m and close to pulling up but not there yet!

Both of mine walked at 10 months. Well, my first was technically still 9 months but turned 10 a few days later.

Cruised and walked with a walker at 9 months. Didn't take off on his own until 15 months!

A took her first independent steps on her 9 month birthday and was full time walking 2-3 weeks later. She was steady right from the get go.
B took his first steps at almost ten months but took about 6 weeks to be full time. At 14 months he's still crazy and trips and falls all the time. He's my wild thing.

DS1 was pulling up and cruising by 9 mos -- he didn't take any real steps until 14 months but after a week did he just walked there was no real in between.

cruising from 9 months, but took her first proper steps by herself a few days after her 1st birthday while we were on holiday. proper solo walking all over the house by 14 months.

Her first steps were around 9.5 months but I didn't call her a walker for another month or so.

My kid was weird. She never pulled up (just kept trying to stand up straight from the floor until she figured it out) and never cruised (just kept trying to walk and falling on her face a thousand times until she figured it out). So it wasn't like... she just did it. It was a really slow progression. She took her first attempted shuffle-steps around 8 months. She got steadily better and better but wasn't really fully walking like a normal kid walks until maybe 10.5 mo or so? Hard to pin it since it was gradual.

One week before he turned 15 months. There were maybe 2 days between first steps and full on walking.

15 months. One day she took three steps, nothing for a week, then full on walking the next time she tried. She walked straight up to a little boy at the park to show off her new skill.

She wasn't a full on walker until 15 months and didn't take her first steps until after 12 months.

First steps at 13.5m but had been crusing around for a few months.

13.5 months. I was running at 9 months so I thought I would have an early walker too but, nope!

10 months she was a strong walker. She started cruising furniture within 2 weeks of crawling at 6 months and took her official first steps at 9 months.

DS1 - 2 days after his 1st birthday. He had cruised for a while but once he started walking, it was full walking (no baby steps).
DS2 - baby steps at 13 months but still not totally walking on his own.

Before a year for both. DD1 was 10/11 months, DD2 was 9/10.

First steps a few days after his first birthday, I considered him a full on walker by 13 months. I find the idea of a 9 or 10 month old walking slightly terrifying!

Intentional, mostly controlled steps (as opposed to stumbling and managing to not fall) at 10.5 months.
