E is still in one piece, footed PJs, but he outgrows them so fast that we're starting to consider 2 piece ones...even though that seems like such a big boy thing to wear!

Around 11 months - mostly due to the fact that it was starting to get warm around here. There were a few cool days last week where he wore footies, but he primarily wears 2 piece (shortsleeve and pants or shortsleeve and shorts).

I haven't been able to find 2 piece ones in DS's size...he is barely in 9 month. I would like to upgrade to a two piece too! Ha!

I prefer 2 pieces, but put him in some 1 pieces too.

Just recently at 22 months. Last summer she would sleep in a onesie. We will go back to footed one piece in the fall unles we are potty training.

@matador84: Old Navy & Baby Gap have 2 pieces in 9 months!
We have a few that we started using around 5 months but I prefer the one piece so I don't have to worry about his tummy sticking out!

We mixed and matched two piece with one piece around 7 months. In the summer months LO exclusively wears two piece pajamas.

When it started to get hot. It's almost never under 78 degrees in his room and a lot of times it gets hotter than 80 so it really is just most comfortable in 2 pieces.

I started them at 3 months. They let me change him without waking him up
