It will probably always be a work in progress. Our kids are 4 and 2 now and it has gotten a little bit better if someone lays out the sharing rules before they engage in anything.

@autumnlove: it worked for stuff like the mini baby strollers and dolls! Overall it reduced fighting by maybe 80-90%? It's really helped!!

B is 4.5 and still has a problem sharing with E (16 months). E is so much worse though...she screams for EVERYTHING she doesn't get (yuck...hoping it's a phase).
