I have been breast feeding for 8 weeks and I still am leaking/soaking my shirts, it's ridiculous. When will my boobs realize they maybe need to slow their roll and regulate themselves?

I'm not sure, but I remember trying on nursing bras around 2-3 months and leaking in the fitting room! I wore nursing pads for many months.

@Mamatang: wow! I just didn't think it would take that long! @Foodnerd81: lol, yeah nursing pads are a necessity! Today I hadn't put a bra on yet and it looked like i entered a wet tshirt contest on the right side....I mean, whoa.

About 3 months I was able to ditch the nursing pads unless T only nursed on one side in the mornings. Then I had to protect that other side until I could get to work and pump since it was engorged and full! 4 months now and I haven't worn nursing pads in a while.

DD is a week shy of 8 months and I don't think I have worn nursing pads in at least 4 months.

I haven't worn them regularly for about a month now. DD is almost nine months.
