Do Halloween decorations/candy go on sale on Halloween or the day after? I was at Target around lunch time today and it was already completely picked over! I was hoping to score a few new decorations.

Depends how good of a sale you want. I usually wait a couple days after to get the really good sales.

Usually the good sales start the next day. People are crazy, so you have to seriously get to the store right when they open.
