Before LO wakes? After LO goes to bed? Midday and take LO to the childcare at the gym?
DH and I just signed up. He went last night at 8 pm when I was putting LO down. I'm not sure when I should go. I could go at 9 pm after he is done, but I just want to sit on the couch at that time! Maybe I just need more motivation 
I am scared LO is going to hate the gym childcare. He has never been in daycare so I am nervous!

If I had a membership I'd go after she goes to bed... I sometimes go to an 8:15 yoga class

I go right after work (a 4:00 or 5:00 class). I call it daddy-baby-bonding-time...

I go first thing in the morning, before LO wakes up. He is sometimes up by the time I get home, but that's okay...he has daddy.

I used to go before work 3-4 days a week (and then shower and go straight to work since my house is further from the gym than work), but DH was getting burned out dealing with our cranky toddler all by himself, so I've resorted to going for just 30 min at lunch, 3x/week.

I never go at the same time. Sometimes the baby comes with me and other times I go after work.

We have a workout set-up at home, and if I choose to actually workout, it's after DD goes to bed

i currently go in the AM, but LO isn't here yet. I'm hoping to continue to go in the AM when i go back to work, but i know that will be difficult!

Go mid-day and leave DD at gym daycare. I'm too tired at night and am definitely not a morning person lol

Gym? What's that? If I ever had the energy or time, I would go after dinner. I prefer not to wake up earlier than I have to.

We have equipment at home so we usually take turns throughout the day to go on the treadmill or do our weights. This was of course before I got pregnant.

I can't go during the week since DH travels. So I try and go Sat mornings if we don't have plans. They aren't open on Sunday mornings since it is through a church.

After work. LO goes to the gym daycare. I try not to stay too long b/c I have to go home and cook, prep for next day. It's tiring as hell and I live for when I'm off and have the luxury of going in the morning. LOL!

Never. And we have a nice gym in our building. But I have never been there. It's sad, I need to start going.

We do stroller strides 2-3x per week or I go running with LO & hubs either in the AM or after work before dinner. Rarely do i work out on my own anymore. Gyms are EXPENSIVE.

Never. I cannot figure out when in my day to do it and RH is not reliably home to help...but I have been doing Jillian in the mornings 3x a week for about threeonths. We do it once LO is awake and has nursed and she watches an Elmo playlist while I do it. Some days are better than others but it is nice to do something...

I go at around 7pm 3 times a week after LO is in bed. Then I go on Saturday mornings while dh takes our son to swim lessons. In the next few weeks I'll be starting a new job that's P/T so I will go to the gym the 2 days I'm not working, 1-2 weeknights and once on the weekend.
I'm super fortunate that my dh is really supportive of me working out!

For a while I was trying to go first thing in the morning, while DH and C had quality time together... now we are on day two of teaching C to tolerate gym day care. Ten minutes of hysterical tears each time. It is awful. We are doing a two week long every single day gym daycare push, so hopefully it gets him acclimated so I can actually work out instead of sit on the bike and watch my baby sob

@legallyheidi: I have a friend that does stroller strides but I'm not if LO would actually sit in the stroller with it not moving!
@Mrs. Confetti: this is what I'm afraid of. DH says we will never know how he does if we don't try. But I'm scared!!

@MamaJ: it is truly the worst feeling but all of my friends say that if you stick with it for 2-3 weeks, it will get better. Right now though, it is the worst feeling, plus it makes him clingy and kinda off for the rest of the day. Really hoping it is worth it in the long run
