I hang out on Hellobee the most during nap time or if DH is at work at night, after LO is in bed. I drop in from my phone throughout the day though if I get a chance.

Usually during her first nap after I've put in laundry and cleaned. It helps keep my mind off of my nasty morning sickness.

Throughout the day, but when I most active it is usually during the night.

At night, during the baby's MOTN feeding or early morning when I'm home from the gym but the kids are still asleep. It used to be during naptime but I'm working during naptimes now (4 days a week) so no more daytime HB!

Lately I hellobee in the middle of the night. The house is quiet, and I only have to manage a sleepy baby. It's one of the rare times when I'm not being bothered.

I can't at work, so usually when I get home from work or in the evening. Most people are so active during the day I usually feel like I have a lot to catch up on!
