LO2's first birthday is in March and I think after the holidays I will start nailing down details. I'm pretty sure with LO1 I started planning a little earlier. Maybe since I know what a first birthday does and doesn't need now I can plan in less time!

DS is an August baby so we started planning around late June, early July I think. We have it at our house so we haven't needed a ton of time to plan ahead yet (he's two).
