I always get excited for that too, especially this year. I hope none of my favorite names to move up to the top 20!
I think nameberry or something like that posted their top 2012 names list in Dec, which didn't make sense to me (though now that I think about it, there probably weren't THAT many late Dec birthdays to skew the results!)
