In terms of when a new tooth is coming in, when does it seem to affect your LO the worst? I thought it would be as it was breaking through, but once it was through the gum and you could feel it, it would be better. This doesn't seem to the be the case lately-- she has been drooling and chewing on everything and I could see yet another one pushing through the gum, but she wasn't overly cranky or fussy. Well today I can finally feel it and it's broken through the gums, but she is so fussy and just seems uncomfortable-- like she can be fine, then suddenly starts crying out of nowhere.

I give her Boiron Camilia before naps/bed when she is like this and it seems to help. I hate to over medicate so I try not to do Tylenol unless she seems to really need it, but it's so hard to know. Poor baby. It doesn't help that she also somehow bumped her face this morning in her crib and has a black and blue on her nose between her eyes.
