Our weekend starts when DH gets off work for the weekend, which, because of his schedule, is Thursday at 3pm! I LOVE IT. We get 3.5 day weekend with DH and it's so great.
We works 42 hours in four days, so he has Friday off.

We work 7 days a week so we tend to get our days mixed up. However, I would say Friday at 4:30 bc I get off from corporate job to go be with my hubby, even if it means working at our business. I love it!

I have every other Friday off, so some weeks, my weekend starts Thursday at 5:00 and the other weeks it starts Friday at 4:00. But for Hubs, his weekend always starts Friday at 4:30.

Friday's at 5 on the dot. Sometimes I'll skip lunch and leave at 4, but that's only once in awhile.
