Just curious if it's around the same time each year? We are currently thinking about TTC when dd is around 10 months old, and want the stroller with the double seat. It's way more expensive in Canada so we plan to go down to New York State to buy one...

You just missed it! It was the month of June. I think last year they did two so maybe they'll have another. However, those were spring and fall I think so maybe not?

From what I've seen the last few years they're kinda all over the place. I do know there was just one in June this year though, 2012 was July, and 2011 was March.

There were 2 during my 9m pregnancy! So, I think there are 2 year. One in June and I want to say the other was in February, because I remember DH not allowing me to buy anything because I was wayyy too early in pregnancy in feb of last year.
