1 week. I never had this issue with DD so these long stretches without poop is so weird.

When Juliet was smaller and EBF she could easily go a week plus without a movement. I heard that was natural for brweastfed babies though

Xander went 7-10 days a few times as an EBF baby.
Logan's only gone 2 days without so far.

@Bao: OMG I would've been freaking out.
I think 3-4 days was the longest for LO.

LO1 ten days and LO2 two weeks, both as newborns fed pumped milk. The pediatrician said as long as they didn't seem uncomfortable and were still passing gas then I shouldn't worry as it's not uncommon among babies fed BM. It seems so long though!

@lawbee11: oh trust me I was! Her doctor wasn't worried at all. We have since switched doctors. I mean she was obviously fine but holy crap!

I don't even think my baby has even gone 24 hours without pooping. And she was exclusively on breast milk till 13 months.

Mine went 11 days without pooping! I was so worried and took him to the doctor on the 11th day. Of course, he pooped in the waiting room! Doctor said he was perfectly fine.

I was going to say 12 hours, and that's just because he goes overnight. We have 3-4 poopy diapers a day still at 2. Sigh.

Probably close to two weeks, everytime I would be ready to call the Dr she would poop thay day. Jokes on me though, at 19 months she now poops 4-5 times a day....

LO 1 frequently went 5+ days with no poop. It used to make me worry. LO 2 has pooped every single day of her life, I think!

B went 12 days being ebf, normally she would go maybe once a week. She's 19 months and still struggles with constipation. It was the worst around 12 months.

Four days, during a trip to the UK. She decided to relieve this build up on the plane on the way home, during take off so I couldn't change her, with a full blow-out, all up her back and it soaked through her outfit. The other passengers were not amused, lol.

@travelgirl1: L did the same thing! I changed her in my lap. I got the worst looks from the other passengers but didn't want to sit there holding a soggy butt until we were cleared to use that bathroom. Silly babies!
