Do they wake up with huge snot rockets coming out of their nose? I suck her nose before bed and in the morning the amount of snot that is on her face/coming out of her nose is nasty. It is thick and dark too. During the day it isn't that bad. She sleeps on her tummy so I guess everything just drains down.

Should I be worried it is so thick??
