My in-laws live about 4 hours away from us. My MIL is off for a month in the summer and wants to keep LO for a stretch of time.
LO will probably spend a week there in July. She'll be 19 months. That will be her longest trip away from home without mom and dad.

She stays overnight at my parents and MIL quite a bit but the first 2 night stay was at 11 mo with my parents when my husband and I went to Boston. We're taking a trip this summer when she'll be 19 mo and she'll be at my parents for 4 nights. They're already planning their activity itinerary!

We're in the planning stages of a babymoon for 3 nights/4 days in August. DD will be 20.5 months and would stay with my inlaws. They've been asking to have her come out for a weekend since she was little bitty, so they're thrilled at the idea.

we're going to a wedding in wine country next weekend for 3 days/2 nights. DD will be almost 17 months.

DS stayed with my parents for 5 days back in February when we were going on a child-free vacation to Mexico. He was 8 months old.
