I got mine measured this summer when I was buying LO new summer shoes. I am a youth 1.5 and bought some toms in the kids section that actually fit my feet

Never. I usually just try on 9, 9w, and 9 1/2 until I find something comfortable.

No clue!! Probably at least 10 years? I need to soon though since I think my feet got wider during pregnancy.
@chopsuey: Did you they still have you step on that metal thing or do they do it differentley now?

@petunia354: LOL. they used the metal thing, but he measured the width of my foot too. My width measured a 9, the length a 6.
I'm a size 7.5-8. It's crazy!
