Once in college, but I got it deferred and was never called back--that was over a decade ago and I haven't been called since.

I've received federal summons twice but both times I called the number on the day selection starts and I didn't have to go in for selection. I've never served on a county jury. Federal trials can be soooooooooooooo long that it scared the bejesus out of me.
