I made pork chops last night that were all screwed up. I have no idea what happened! Normally I pan fry, but these were baked. They were still slightly frozen, but not by much. I cook slightly-frozen meat all the time (though usually its chicken). I baked them at 350 for about 40 minutes and they were still raw in the middle. I turned up the oven to 375 and over the next 40 minutes, they still stayed raw, but the outsides got so tough and weird. It was inedible by the time it was done. I felt so bad because DH waited over 2 hours for dinner and we ended up with just mac & cheese!
