I just updated mine!
I know some people have had their babies and it still says pregnant, or some have gotten BFP's and it still says TTC!
Also I noticed quite a few people don't have their location or occupation filled out. I keep looking back to the "where are you from" or the "what do you do" threads.
If you want to keep some privacy, but still share a little...you could be general. Mine says "South Florida" and "analyst"

Like two weeks ago, had to change from pregnant to taking a break.

Mine hasn't needed to be updated but I am looking forward to being able to change it from Pregnant to Mom soon!

Yesterday I realized I hadn't updated from TTC to pregnant. :))
A month or so ago, I took out my occupation and location and changed my pic.

When I got pregnant in December. I was so excited to change it that it was one the first things I did!

When I signed up LOL but nothing has changed, so no need to update it.

I changed it to currently pregnant the day after I got my BFP, so December!
