I think it has been 12 years for me! I'm not counting thank you cards!

I don't write letters, but one of my friends moved out of state a few months ago and I write cards (blank ones) to her quite often! They're so much prettier than letters.

DH and I write each other little letters when he goes out of town. I usually hide them in his toiletries bag and he leaves letters for me in the dryer. HAHA

When I started university in 2003 I would write monthly letters to my best friend from high school. We went to different Universities and it was a fun way to keep in touch since I'm not a phone person.... We emailed too, but letters seemed more personal. Plus who doesn't love getting mail?
I haven't really done it since then though.

@chopsuey119: in the dryer?! I'd totally toss wet clothes in there without looking and ruin it! No bueno. That's sweet y'all do though!

A true letter? Probably when I was 21, about 11 years ago! But before that, I wrote HUNDREDS of letters.
