It has been a few years. I moved and never found a new GP. I just got dinged on my life insurance policy for having high cholesterol, which is news to me. I need to go get a check up to see what else is wrong lol.

I was going to post something like this yesterday. I honestly can't remember the last time I had a regular physical. I get my annuals done every year though, so that kinda counts, right?

I think it was right before trying for LO, so 3 years ago. I went to see my GP so much last year with the daycare plague that they had a good idea of my health.

Probably 2011, the year before I got pregnant! I get my annual pap smears done though!

like 7-8 years ago. I don't even have a GP doctor anymore. I need to get one.

I saw my GP last year but I ignored the appointment reminder card this year. Since I'm pregnant, I've been seen by enough doctors and nurses the last few months!

A few months ago. I have to go every year to get my thyroid levels checked and I have issues with my breast exams and have to get that monitored every year. I usually try and schedule it around my birthday bc that's an easy date to remember to schedule it around
