Last year, I got pulled over in the freeway by the Sheriff 79 in a 55....even thought I know I was doing more than 80....eek. I think he was being nice!

Knock on wood....it's been a few years....

I've only ever gotten one ticket, and it was 1.5 years ago. I was going 76 in a 70 mph zone, and the cop "gave me a break" by only writing the ticket for 5 over the speed limit. The clerk at the courthouse told me she'd never even seen a ticket for only 5 over, when I went in to pay it.

I got pulled over in May, going 70 in a 55 zone. Just got a warning, though. Scared the pants off me!

Never! I got a ticket for not yielding to pedestrians in the crosswalk. They weren't even in the street! They were close-ish to the corner (no stop sign). Oh well.

DH got one over the summer in Canada (they don't allow radar detectors in Ontario). He was none too pleased.

I've never gotten one, but I don't really speed that much anyway.

Two weeks ago, i was thinking how good i've been in terms of not getting a speeding ticket. The last one i got was in 2005. Must have jinxed myself, because a few days later i got a notice in the mail...i was caught speeding by one of the many cameras in the city, going 76km in a 60km zone. Grrr, are you kidding me!

We have speeding cameras all over the city, it's ridiculous!

Um, 9 or 10 years ago? I was going 75 in a 65 on the highway. Highway Patrol was on the other side going the OPPOSITE direction and clocked me apparently. Even though I was going with the flow of traffic. He followed me into town and pulled me over.

That was the only speeding ticket I ever got. I went to traffic school so it didn't go on my record.

And ((knock on wood)) so I don't jinx myself!!!
