When I was at my heaviest (and definitely carrying too much weight)--I was also a really great athlete, in grad school and on a competitive ultimate disc team, ran a marathon, and placed in my age group twice in 5ks. Let say-- fall of 2007
Before I was pregnant, I was slower running, but thinner and happier with myself.
And... I was a gymnast in high school and college. Pretty much always been in shape. I even taught a TRX class at 39 weeks pregnant. Now, 6weeks pp, I feel quite lazy and out of shape. Oh well.

Summer of 2004 when I was 24! I actually ENJOYED working out 4-5x a week and ate pretty healthy. That only lasted about a year and then I met my DH and started gaining weight... Happy weight

In my mid-20's. I was running 5 miles 4 x/week and then running up to 12 miles on the weekend. I worked out with a trainer and was doing chip-ups and one-arm push-ups. I also wasn't dating anyone, so that was pretty much my social life.
