DS is 7 months old and I definitely want my kids to close in age rather than far apart. We are planning to TTC next year, maybe around LO's 1st birthday! Any TTC plans for you guys?

I'm just pregnant with my first- but we've talked about this a bit already. My goal is to breastfeed to 18 months minimum, and I would like some time to myself between weaning and getting pregnant again. I think we will wait at least 2 years to start trying again.

I have to convince DH to have another first he's said all along he wants 3, and now he is claiming one and done which I think is unfair..false advertising! I'm hoping as LO gets older he will be more open to more! (She's 8 weeks). I told him I'm not letting this one go!

@Sorrycharlie: Haha false advertising! That's funny. Doesn't he think Your LO needs at least one sibling?

Only just pregnant with #1, but we were talking about this this weekend. I'd like them to be between 2 and 3 years apart, so, I'll do the math backwards once this one is here. That said, I'm closest to my sibling that is 4 years older than me-- we always bemoaned that we were too far apart in age, but it hasn't kept us from being BFFs from when we were pretty young.

I wish I knew how much I'd love being a mom! I never was a kid/baby person, never babysat. I knew I wanted to have a child of my own but was so nervous about being ready in every possible way. If I had known how much I'd love it, I would've planned this better, haha. I'd love to have another in 5 years but it probably won't happen

I wanted to wait 3 years. I hated pregnancy. But I gave birth THIS morning and I'm so amazed with her that I'm already excited about having another!

LO is almost 20 months, and we've been NTNT for a few months now. DH wanted our kids to be closer to 2 years apart, whereas my vote was for 3 years. LO is a super active kid who gets into everything- I like the idea of him being a little older and more independent (and- dare I hope- better able to follow instructions?) when we introduce a new baby to occupy our time and hands and attention!
I like the fact that we don't really have a strict timeline- it helps a lot in not getting too frustrated by continuing to get my period every month. It would have been fine if we'd gotten pregnant right away, but it's nice to think "hey, I don't actually care if we get pregnant this month" or "it's cool if we don't BD at exactly the right time this month because we both have stomach bugs and that would be kind of gross".

I'm pregnant with #1 at the moment, but so far Hubs and I are still in agreement that we want our children close in age. We're planning to start TTC for #2 when LO is 6 months. I'm hoping neither of us will change our minds once the baby is actually here!

We'll be going with the flow after LO #1 arrives in a few weeks.

I have one who will be three in March, another who will be one in February, and I'm really really really hoping I can talk DH (and I will!) into TTC again in April, with ideal conception happening in June (giving us another baby in February/March!).

Still cooking #1, but we talked about this over the weekend. We want 2 kids so probably will start TTC once this baby girl is 18 months. Will start talking for sure about timing once she is 1.

Still pregnant with #2, so it will probably be at least a couple of years.

C is nearly 8 months old. We move back to the states in a year and a half, then we have to get settled... I'd say it's going to be probably another 4 years or so. Our kids will most likely be around 5 years apart.
Of course, this is assuming we have another.

@mrsaudi: that is my argument! he says "I'm happy with one." and I said, well, I want her to have a sibling. He acts resigned to have another ("so you're set on another?") but I want him to be excited. my first pregnancy was so stressful between us for other reasons that I'd like at least one to be fun! haha!

i would like to start trying after the new year, which will put DS at 8 months. DH wants to wait until DS is 1...we'll see who wins

I think about this all the time for Baby 3! No idea yet...maybe late 2014? Maybe I should have Baby 2 first! Lol

DD is almost 3 months old so we will start TTC #2 probably a few months after her 1st birthday. So hopefully she will be about 2 years old and out of diapers by the time the second one comes around

Currently pregnant with #1, I think we'll start trying around our LO's first birthday though. MY DH is 7 years older than I am and if I get my way with having 3 rather than 2 we gotta have them close together.

We'll probably start TTC for #2 when #1 is 15 months old. That's right around our 5th anniversary and we're going to go on a vacation and probably try to get me knocked up around then I don't want to wait too long....I had a LOT of issues staying pregnant with this one! Although now I've jinxed myself and #2 will be too easy
