Do your friends and family ever get butthurt?
I can't go to a friend's LO's party later this month because we will be moving that day & weekend. She lives 2.5 hours away so there is no way I can just drop by. She asked me to reconsider because her daughter really wants to see LO!

I havent really come across this situation before. Everyone I know is very understanding. That is kind of mean for her to guilt trip you.. I would just say sorry and invite them to hang out after things have settle down and her daughter could celebrate again with you and your LO...

Wow. I have a friend that is 2.5 hrs away that put her sons birthday on a Thursday. I called to see if it was a mistake and she said no she didn't expect us to make the drive anyways.
