I made a pasta salad recipe tonight that called for 4 cloves of garlic. Our entire family loves garlic though, so I added ten cloves of garlic instead!

Mrs. Bee told me that I hadn't added enough garlic, and I ended up frying up a bunch of minced garlic to add to the pasta salad. Basically you can't add too much garlic to meals in our family.

When you see garlic in your recipes, do you double/triple/increase the number of recommended cloves?
