When we get a chance to snap a few pics of the kids, Bee takes the picture... and I'm always standing right behind her, doing dumb things to try and get the kids to:
1) Look at the camera and
2) Smile!
This job requires me to have no shame... I do little dances and sing songs to crack the kids up. It's actually my favorite part of picture taking! It's so fun to see the kids smile...
When you take pictures, does your SO stand next to you and try to get your LO to smile?

We've had to take a break from posed smile pictures. If LO sees the camera or phone, she goes for it. She would rather be looking at the pictures in the camera (thanks Nanny for showing her how to do that) than be in front of the camera.

Yes, that is my job. DW is the camera operator, I am the amateur clown just to the side of the lens making chicken noises, pulling faces, going "bah-bah-bah", singing "piggly-wiggly", and generally making a prize arse out of myself.
We get some good pictures of LO, though.
