Do you use a headset, talk on speaker phone, put the phone to your ear.. bluetooth?

I normally just hold the phone, but I really want my next car to have bluetooth.

I hold the phone. But my car has Bluetooth, so if I'm driving, I use that.

I synch my phone to my car and talk...people always think I'm talking to myself! Or I'll just hold it up. My DH always has his speaker on and it bugs the hell out of me!

If I have my headset handy I will use it at home. Car has Bluetooth. If I can't find my headset and needs hands free I will use speaker, and sometimes I just hold it up to my ear.

I hold the phone unless I'm doing something then it's on speaker phone.

Usually phone to ear. Love having the bluetooth in my car though... but HATE my actual bluetooth device. No one can ever hear me properly.
Does anyone have any recommendations for a good bluetooth headset?

I hold the phone to my ear. If I’m in the car it’s on speaker but I HATE it because I can never hear very well.
