did their nap then become longer? E goes back and forth between two naps a day and one so I'm thinking she's going to transition to just one here shortly. When she only takes one nap it's a good couple of hours long, and it's actually quite nice! I much prefer one long nap vs two shorter naps. I'm hoping it stays this way and doesn't drop back down to an hour!
Did your LO's nap change in length once they were down to just one nap?

Yes. LO was the queen of the 30-45 minute nap her first year. When we dropped to one nap, she started sleeping 1 1/2-2 hours! It was heavenly!

Some days yes but other days he'll just sleep for an hour, maybe less! He seems to sleep 3 hours for his grandparents during the week and 45 minutes for us on the weekend!

Not for about 4 months--it took that long to stretch to 2-2.5 hours from 1hour 10 min.

weeeelllll...no, but that's because on weekends before when LO was on 2 naps, she would sleep 1-2 hours for EACH nap. Sometimes 4 hours of naps total.
Now that she's on one nap, it's still generally 1.5-2 hours. But her night time sleep is ever-so-slightly better.

Yes! She went from 60-90 min (sometimes less!) to right about two hours.

Nope. She took two 1.5 hour naps, dropped the morning one at 16.5 months and at 25 months, still takes a 1.5 hour nap in the afternoon.

It's hit or miss. She was taking two 1-1.5 hour naps and now she takes one nap that is anywhere from 1.5-3 hours. The 3 hour naps are glorious!

My son is only 6 months old, so not sure if it helps. But he only takes 1 nap a day (because he's the weirdest kid ever) and it's a 3 hour nap.

No. LO went from a two hour nap and a one hour nap to a 1.5-2 hour nap. His night sleep did increase by half an hour to an hour.

Yes, but it took a month or so. DS is 17 months and typically naps 2-3 hours for his one nap. But he occasionally has days where it's only 1.5 hours.
