I've gotten 2 tickets in my life - one in 2005 for speeding and one in 2006 for failure to make a complete stop at a stop sign. The crazy part? They were both from the SAME cop! When he walked up to my car for the 2nd ticket, I was like you have to be kidding me!?!!

I was 16 but I just got a warning (I was being followed on my way home so I was speeding - legitimately, followed by someone who watched me leave work, ick).

Sadly, last month. But luckily he let me go on a warning. I had a clean record (no pull overs or accidents) for 13 years before then. Extremely lucky I still have a clean record.
Before that, I was pulled over when I was 16 then pulled over again two weeks later (not stopping completely before turning on red & speeding in 25 mph). Those two tickets straighten me out quick!

Never. I'm 24. I'm not a perfect driver by any means, just REALLY lucky I guess.

It's been years.
Interestingly (to me anyway), when I drove a yellow 89' Mercury Grand Marquis, I got pulled over CONSTANTLY for "random checks".
Which I'm pretty sure isn't technically even legal.
When I drove with my two best friends in the car with me (AA girl and Puerto Rican guy) I got pulled over even more. I'm talking probably every third time I went somewhere with them.
And twice they made me open my trunk. Keep in mind, these were "documents check" pull-overs, I wasn't pulled over for breaking a law.
When I got my silver '08 Toyota Sienna XLE, I was never pulled over again. NEVER. It's like I'm invisible.
Gotta love that profiling! *sigh*

@Arden: One of my friends got pulled over constantly in ATL for the same reasons.
My last ticket was...6 years ago, I think? I had neglected to put the license plates of the state I was living in on my car (I had them, they were in the back seat - so it was a combination of laziness and lack of the proper tools). The ticket wasn't bad, but the cop was awful, and I generally have a lot of respect for cops. (He berated me like I had walked in for the 10th time after curfew or something.)

About 5 years ago, maybe 6? I was coming home from working 2+ hrs away. I was not pleased

@.twist.: no way!! i'm guessing you weren't in your dress if you were driving but that would have been funny....
I've never gotten pulled over but I know that is sheer luck. My time will come!

My former boss pulled me over a few months ago because he had a gift for the baby from his wife that he had been holding in his car for months. My range of emotions was hilarious. First I was like "no, come. on." And then I was like "presents!"

about a month ago. We were literally going around the corner to get gas for the mower. DH wasn't wearing his seatbelt and got a ticket.

I've only been pulled over twice. Once at like 3am, on suspicion of DUI (what! I guess everyone is assumed to be drunk at 3am) and once around Christmas last year for driving off the road a little to get into the turn lane.
No tickets though!

Never.
Well, a few times I guess but it's usually my friend wanting to say hi on a boring shift.

@DiamondEyes: same here! I've been really lucky to not get pulled over for speeding

I got pulled over 2 years ago when I had a box of peaches spill on the floor of my car, and I crossed over the center line *in front of a cop car in the other lane.* I just pulled over right there and waited for him to turn around and get me. I was so scared, because I could have KILLED myself or someone else, and he let me off with a warning.

The last time? Hmmm... I think it was 5 years ago when I was on my way to the trolley to get to school and I was running late, so I turned right on a red light without stopping first. I got NO sympathy

About 4 years ago?? We were moving that day, and I was rushing to get there before the movers! Just got a warning, thankfully!

@petunia354: I was leaving the salon with my girls and heading to the hotel. He pulled me over because I was wearing my seatbelt incorrectly, which was because of my hair. The belt was under my armpit. He got to deal with a frantic, hysterical bride. I think he was scared!!

@petunia354: it became a pretty funny story to tell! He asked why I was crying because "people get pulled over all the time" and I said " I have never been pulled over and I'm getting married today!" And he ask if I was "really" getting married that day and I hysterically replied " MY HAIR AND MAKEUP WOULD NOT LOOK LIKE THIS IF I WASN'T GETTING MARRIED TODAY"
He gave me back my licence. Hahahaha

@Dandelion: oh, that reminds me. I did get pulled over about two years ago. I was driving but my DH, the passenger, got the ticket for not wearing his seatbelt. He was pissed!
