For a few years now we have chosen one store to buy all of our holiday gifts so we can literally one-stop shop. It narrows our shopping to one specific day, and we end up super stressed and sometimes spending a little more on people than we originally planned, but I think that the time savings (and avoiding of crowds, parking, etc!) is worth it.

A super easy one is TJ Maxx /Marshalls. Another obvious one that doesn't even require you to leave the house is Amazon.com! Wagon Sr. wants to do a Sierra Trading Post Christmas this year... I'm a little skeptical, but they do have a lot of stuff and the discounts are so good!
