This looks like a Eames chair or Eames inspired. I don't know a reputable site that sells them after doing a quick google search. Use the keywords "wood toddler Eames chair" and see if you find anything to your liking.

Yep it is the eames molded plywood chair. I did some googling but can't seem to find any place that sells it. It could be a knock off kids version!

I think that room and board made a small version in the past. But I checked their website and don't see it listed.
