My mother in law broke this bad boys out this past weekend and they actually keep my daughter's hair somewhat contained. Otherwise it's Donald Trump over here. I'd love to find cute versions of these.

Yep, I'd say target/Walmart/those kind of stores.
You could also try Claire's. I've bought a lot of clips and bows there. Not sure if they'd have those though, but you may end up finding something that works.
