Physical stores as I need to go in and try them on. I went to a bra store and got fitted a while back, but they selected the band part way too tight.
Anyway.... I'm not a fan of Victoria's Secret, so wondering where you shop?

I haven't bought a bra in about 2 years! I used to get bras at VS, but I went to Macy's and bought a couple bras.
Oh just kidding. I bought 2 Coobie bras a while back.

Nordstrom! They are pricey, but they do a great job with the fitting. I always get the best fitting bras there.

Tj maxx or Macy's. I like Warner's underwire ones, they seem to fit me best. Finding them for half price at tj's makes them even better!

I go to Cacique, which is the lingerie section of Lane Bryant. They have excellent bras for larger-chested women!

I really like my Assets bra from Target. It's a cheaper version of spanx. I don't love bra lines so its smooth, comfy and gives good support.

@HeatherlovesKenny: I bought one from them, it looked like a cami across the front. It was AWESOME because my work LO is frequently fussing with my shirts & it gives me some extra coverage so I don't end to showing too much cleavage!

I wear almost exclusively coobie bras right now. Pre-pregnancy though, I bought all of my bras in Albania because they were cuter and cheaper. Very colorful, cute designs, 3-4 dollars.

Bras rarely fit me right so I always have to try on a ton before finding some that fit. VS don't work for me. I finally found a style at the Maidenform outlet that fits me really well, so I'll try and stick with it!

Nordstrom! And they will tailor them for a small fee to make sure things fit right.

I used to get Victoria's Secret bras and still do occasionally but I think the quality is pretty bad these days (last bra I bought, one of the straps just popped after only a month or so of wear and it had fit fine) so now I go to Lord and Taylor or Nordstrom.

Town Shop or Bra Smyth on the Upper West Side in NY. Pricey, but they fit well and generally last much longer than Gap Body, etc.

It takes some patience but I've had good luck at TJ Maxx/Marshalls. With my pregnancy gains I got 2 Calvin Klein bras for $12 each that I love love.

Target. But I don't get normal bras, I like the kind that are more like sleep /sports bras.

I've been wearing only nursing bras for the past 8 months. I get them at Target. I actually just stocked up and bought 5 more yesterday!

Soma. I love their vanishing back bras. No back fat ever!

One trip to Intimacy changed my life!! I have two stretch lace bras from there and they are life-changingly good. Pricey but so worth it.

I love Chantelle bras which you can buy at Nordstrom and occasionally the Rack.

I get all of my mine at VS. I don't like underwire and VS has some without underwire that I like.

I have VS, Target, Aerie and random department store bras. I personally like the Aerie ones for durability and price.

I know you said no VS, but that's where I buy mine from. And I only purchase them during their semi-annual sale. I like the comfort of Gap Body's bra, but agree their durability can vary.
@Arden: $3-4 for a bra?! That's awesome!

Before getting pregnant I would buy bras from tjmaxx or marshalls. But I dont try them on first because I dont want to wear them until they have been washed.
Once I got a pregnant I bought few cheaper bras from target and then I was introduced to the coobie

Victoria's Secret and Frederick's of Hollywood. But I always wear padded bras and they have the best ones.
I like my Frederick's bras best though because they have a comfy wide strap AND are wicked cute.

I used to go with VS, but their quality is terrible lately, especially for the price. I've switched to Aerie and Gap Body lately. They have good sales, and the lace doesn't rip after 2 wears.

@sunny: I second the recommendation for Chantelle bras at Nordstroms. They are so comfortable and I often find them on sale at their semi-annual sale. I've also seen them occasionally at TJ Maxx!

Most of mine are from Gap Body, but I don't think they make the kind I like anymore. I have a few from VS, but my favorite one started coming apart--it appears that the seams were glued, not sewn? Which I think is crap for a $50 bra.
No clue where I will buy bras next--probably Kohl's or somewhere cheap if my boobs get bigger from pregnancy (they have not so far).
