I'm looking for some new pants tonight. We have lots of stores in my mall...where should I start? I need capris and then might look for jeans if I have time. I only have 2 hours so I need to make my time worthwhile! What's your favorite brand of pants and what store do you buy them in?

I'm of the small waist/generous booty type, and I'm a huge fan of LOFT curvy jeans. Also really like White House Black Market.

Oh, I guess I should mention, I'm pretty straight. I don't have many curves (and less so now that my rear end has flattened out after pregnancy!!).

I'm short with a bubble butt, so finding pants is never the easiest for me. That said, I live in AG Stevie ankle jeans from Anthro and J.Crew's Pixie pants. The Stevies can be a bit expensive, but they feel great and hold up really well. And I honestly don't know what I did before my Pixie pants. They're awesome!!
ETA: I just saw your last post, so I'm not sure my recommendations will apply, but it might still be worth a shot to check out J.Crew. My mom is tall and thin with no butt to be found and she has had luck there too. I hope you find something that works!

I wear American Eagle jeans. The artist jean to be exact.

LOFT! I'm short and their petite pants are the only ones that fit in length. I did get some cute cropped jeans from American Eagle recently, though.

I'm super cheap and get most of my pants at Old Navy or Gao Outlet.

I have zero butt but am not skinny otherwise so finding pants is always a challenge! Jeans are slightly easier--I usually go Gap (always skinny) or J Crew (matchstick). But I recently found a pair of slacks from Banana Republic that are the best fit I've ever had for slacks--the Sloan. Amazing!

I'm pretty straight with really thin thighs and the only jeans that fit me right are pacsun and the Lauren Conrad line at kohls! I hate buying pants!

I love NY & Company pants. But they either fit your body perfectly or they are horrible. They happen to fit me very well and there is always a great variety

I found really nice pants at Kohl's. I buy all my jeans from Old Navy or American Eagle. I'm an awkward height so I have to buy tall pants and those two places never disappoint.

@HLK208: @pregnantbee: I had 2 very stressful hours at the mall. Shopping for pants is hard! I ended up with some Tommy capris from Macy's, a pair of boyfriend shorts from Gap and a couple of shirts from Gap and Loft.

Also, Gap needs to work on their vanity sizing. I have never worn a size 4. Ever. I'm an 8. I just got frustrated when trying on things at Gap but thankfully the shorts weren't as weird as the pants.
I bought my first pair of colored shorts. They're Kelly green!

@mediagirl: Gap sizing can definitely be weird. I still wear pretty much the same size i did in college, 10 years ago, at the Gap, and I promise you I'm not one of those girls who hasn't gained a pound since college, so I think they just keep making it bigger.
That said, for work pants, Gap and the Limited are my favorites, for jeans, I like the Gap or I have a pair of Paige jeans from Nordstrom Rack. I bought my first pair of non gym shorts in years last year, from the Gap, and they held up well. I wouldn't say I have a flat butt or skinny thighs, but my waist is always the biggest part and I'm sort of straight shaped.
