Looking to get some frames for Christmas presents this year... I usually just pick some up from AC Moore or Michael's but they're not exactly beautiful or high quality. Where do you buy them??

Majority comes from Home Goods & Aaron Bros (for larger ones). I've had some terrible experiences with Target ones. I know Ikea is popular for Ribba frames, but I like more ornate ones in general.

I agree with Home Goods--they always have a good selection.

I love Aaron Brothers, but the ones I usually go to closed
I do like Joanne Fabrics too, they are 50% off frequently.

I totally agree with Homegoods. I always get really pretty ones from there at a discounted price. They usually sell groupings of the same ones too which make the whole process easier.

@artbee: I saw a lot of cute vintage looking ones at tj's the other day. I've been wanting to do a wall collage for a while and these would have been perfect! I never would have thought to look there.
@Ash: hobby lobby does have some cute stuff, our store is so bad about handling the merchandise that most of it already damaged.

Pottery Barn! Much of the time, the wood frames with the mattes are 20% off in-store!

Ikea. I'm a sucker for clean and simple lines and good prices! Especially for something like frames where I don't think you need to spend a ton of money.
For larger frames I go to Michaels.

I like Home Goods for cheaper (but still nice) ones and Pottery Barn for more of a splurge. They also have a lot at Kohls.

In Canada, I go to Homesense, which is like your Home Goods (I think)

I get mine from Hobby Lobby or Michael's, but agree that they're not of great quality. Kohl's has some good ones. Sometimes, they come with pictures in it, but if they're cheap, I toss the included picture and put my own in.
