Besides at Lowes or Home Depot?
We need a few oversized ones for blueberry and strawberry plants. Planning on reusing ones we have until end of summer clearances. But wondering if there are cheap places to look I don't know of?
I've checked Craigslist, wayfair and world market.

TJ MAXX and Ross. If you have one that has a good outdoor/home section, you can ususally find some good ones.

Not sure if these stores are in your area, but if so, try the Christmas Tree Shops or Ocean State Job Lot.

I went to Ollie's, but not sure if that is a store in your area. Otherwise Walmart and Craigslist.

Aldi had 14" ones starting last week. Is that big enough? Too bad you don't live near me I have two I want to get rid of that are huge.

So I actually found some we liked at Lowe's that were on clearance. LOL!
@Ms. RV: thank you! That is very generous of you to offer. 
The ones I found tonight are almost 22" in diameter and 13" high. I think they will be perfect for the blueberry plants. DH is going to build something for the strawberry plant.

@regberadaisy: if you need more, check AMazon - I've foundcthe Prime prices pretty reasonable. We've bought everything from cheap plastic window boxes to a pricey Growvia cedar vertical planter and have been happy!

I just got one from Tj maxx and saw a bunch at home goods! It's really hard to find big ones anywhere else that aren't super ugly.
