I tape mine to shelves in my living room. My mom places hers in her Christmas tree.

I have a ribbon I swag over my large picture window in the living room and I use mini clothespins to hang them.

Our stainless steel fridge isn't magnetic so we bought one of those little boards covered in satin and criss-crossed with ribbons and hung it on the wall. Works great.

I usually just put them on the piano to display them, but I love the idea of a ribbon with clothespins. My parents always used to put them on the mantle growing up, but our mantle isn't big enough.

I haven't checked the mail in a few days so no cards yet...we usually put them on the fridge!

Someone gave us this card holder - it's a christmas tree and has a space for the cards : )

I hung wide ribbon down the center of my china cabinet doors and clothespin the cards to the ribbon. It's the first year I did it and I really like it!

I hot glued mini cloths pins to an embroidery hoop to make a card wreath (like so: http://www.marthastewart.com/273148/pinup-wreath?backto=true&backtourl=/photogallery/holiday-wreaths#slide_30). I'm going to keep it up year round to keep my fridge neater

I used to prop them up on the tv stand or in front of the fireplace, but now everyone just sends flat cards, so theyre on the fridge

@Mrs. Superhero: I did the same DIY last year! Reusing the wreath again this year & it hangs in our main hallway!

@dagret: I did the same thing! Did you see it on Pinterest? I like it so much better than my usual way of propping them up all over the house.

I was meaning to do the pinterest ribbon, like @grace and @dagret, but decided my normal way of taping to the fridge would work for now.
Basically, I had tape, and I didn't have ribbon/clothespins. Haha.

We place them on our mantle and our short bookcase in the living room.

We put ours on the end of a wall ledge thing, hard to explain, but it divides the hall and kitchen.

Usually I tape them to or sliding glass door, but you ladies and Pinterest have so many great ideas- I think we will try something new this year!

Tape to cabinets in our kitchen. Maybe I should do the ribbon thing on our fireplace but I have always liked having them in our kitchen since we use the room so much.

@Grace: yah. I really like it!
@EBSC: I didn't have clothespins until DH's aunt gave us a baby clothesline full of clothes and stuff for my shower. So I was excited to find a way to repurpose them!
