Carter's clothes at Costco!

I second Costco and I've found some really good deals at GAP on the clearance rack when they have 30-40% off clearance. I got thick girls tights for $0.99 and some shirts for $2 the other day. (similar to a consignment store, you need to have patience and check often.)

Local mom groups, facebook B/S/T groups, and HB classifieds? For me, a lot of the FB b/s/t groups are hit or miss because people frequently post used items for more than half the price and I just won't pay more than half price for a used item, even if they "only wore it for pictures" or "only used once".

But very occasionally, I come across a good deal on my local town's FB B/S/T

I've found items on super clearance at Gap before - like maybe $2 an item on some things! And I get a lot of Carters stuff at Costco.

My hands down favorite is eBay. In the search bar, I put the brands I'm interested in in parentheses so I can search multiple brands, the size I need, and click the "lot" category so that I'm pulling up large bundles of clothing. I got DS two lots last fall - one off HB classifieds, one off eBay - for $30 each, and his entire wardrobe consisted of what was in those two lots for like 8 or 9 months They were perfect condition Gap and Gymboree items, probably 50 pieces all in all.

I've heard good things about ThreadUp, which is online consignment. I use our local parents listserv a ton.
