I buy a couple of expensive bras every year, but I'd love a couple of cheap everyday ones. But I've noticed places like Target don't have my size, 32-D or DD. I want an inexpensive, simple, unlined/unpadded bra, any shopping or brand suggestions?

I was the same size! Now I upgraded to 34 DD after LO.
I used to dig around at Tjmaxx/Marshalls and the likes. But honestly since my size was always hard to find, I get bras from VS either during semi-annual sales or when they run specials like buy 1 get 1 50% off.

@snowjewelz: thanks! Is 34D easier to find? Maybe I should try one on. Any particular VS bra you recommend? Back in the day, I remember thinking they weren't very supportive, but I haven't been there in a while. I should go see!

@MoonMoon: I didn't like them back then too, but I realize I just had to find what works for my boobs. I realized that with bigger boobs I needed full coverage as opposed to demi; with demi I always felt like they were falling out. I really like the body by victoria perfect coverage.. It's just lightly lined so it doesn't feel heavy either.
I'd totally go dig around at Tjmaxx/Marshalls, but since having DD I just don't really have the time to! I have some really good brands there like Chantecaille, etc.

@Mrs.KMM: I'll have to check! We have a Kohl's but it's out of the way so I'm not super familiar with their stuff.
@snowjewelz: thank you, will add tj maxx and vs to my shopping list, along with Kohl's and Marshall's.

my answer for everything, amazon!! I just went looking for a bra and was amazed at the range of sizes and colors (and brands) free returns if you have prime. and maybe even if you don't; I'm not sure

I went to soma this weekend and loved it! Very reasonable! I got two embraceable full coverage bras for $59. Nice quality and comfy! I'm the same size as you also.
I think they have a sale going on now too. So you could find cheaper ones in random colors.

There is a basic VS Pink (the younger VS line) bra that comes in size 32D and 32DD. It's billed as a push-up but isn't overly padded in my opinion. I can't remember which exact one it is (possibly the "wear everywhere push-up bra" or something like that??) but I wore it during my pregnancy when I grew a cup size every few weeks during the first two trimesters. I think I found them on promo for like $20ish? I also like Calvin Klein bras which I can sometimes find in 32D/DD at Nordstrom or Nordstrom Rack, Amazon, TJ Maxx, etc.

@Littlebit7: I'll keep looking on Amazon, but so far I haven't found any cheapies!
@Littlebit: I think we have one of those at our mall, but I've never been in, will check it out! 2 for $59 isn't so bad...
@jape14: will have to see if I can try one on.
Thanks!

Check eBay! I used to get a ton of 30F bras from seller widdlerontheroof I think. She lives near a rigby & peller outlet and often buys stuff.
Tons of cheap bras in England if you have any connections there or trips planned - Marc's and spencer.
I'm a 36g (about 50 lbs heavier after babies, yay) and just buy 1-2 fantasie bras at Nordstrom or bare necessities every 6-9 months and rotate... Turns out to be the cheapest in terms of getting what I want and not dealing with returns or clutter from keeping bras I don't want or wear.

I wait for Macy's to have a big sale. But I usually have to drive to the closest larger-sized town in order to find a bigger Macy's store. I've been able to buy three or four bras during their sales for about $80-100.

I'm also 32D/DD (although bigger now since I'm BFing) and I've come to love coobie bras. They have removable lining and are incredibly comfy. They usually have buy 2 get one 50% off deals going on.

@katmmad: I love Fantasie bras too. I rotated just five of their $50 T-shirt bras for the past 8-9 years. Washing by hand made all the difference in their longevity.

@Portboston: I'd never heard of Coobies before! Are they really supportive? I would love to skip underwire but I always get the dreaded uni-boob situation going on...

The ones with the thick straps are pretty supportive. The convertible ones with the thin straps, not so much.

Amazon sells them too! It may be worth ordering one from Amazon to see if you like it.

I was going to recommend Soma, but @littlebit beat me to it. They definitely have that size, and often have sales. I LOVED their wireless nursing bra - haven't tried anything else from there.
