I'm talking like dollar store inexpensive. But unfortunately the dollar store seems to think thanksgiving doesn't exist and is going straight to Christmas. Same with joanne fabrics. I did find a couple of things at target and I'm going to try Michael's today I think.... but I'm pretty disappointed in the lack of thanksgiving spirit out there!

I skipped thanksgiving so I won't be of much help. I decorated for Christmas October 30. Anyways did you try Walmart or a party store?

Also I love when my mom uses pumpkins, gourds and colored leaves.

We got our fall/Thanksgiving stuff at Hobby Lobby...not sure if you have one of those near you. They normally have their stuff marked way down (it isn't dollar store cheap, but it's also better quality). You can also usually find a coupon online. We got indoor and outdoor decorations for well under $100.
Also, maybe Kohls or Big Lots if you have those near you?

do you have a garden ridge nearby? i bought tgiving centerpieces for really cheap last year!
or dollar store? you can jazz a lot of the cheap stuff up to look really nice!

@anonysquire: I try to avoid walmart, but I think I might try it. I also love the pumpkins and gourds and was hoping to get them at the dollar tree. I saw them during halloween but now they're gone
I did already get the leaves though.

I go to Hobby Lobby too. All the fall stuff is already 50-60% off.

The Christmas Tree Shop usually has pretty good and cheap decorations for Thanksgiving!

i'm with @mrsjyw, garden ridge has awesome cheap decorations. i like the dollar section of target for little nic-nacs too. walmart should have a few things. i usually find michaels is over-priced, but they should have a lot.

Do you have homegoods or marshalls? They always have really pretty fall/thanksgiving things. Last year I got a bunch of different offwhite ceramic turkeys of all different sizes. Or Pier 1 usually has great seasonal stuff.
