My DD takes swim lessons (indoor) year round and we need new swimsuits but I can't find any that I like so I need some help.
I'm looking for:
a)long sleeve rashguard
b)separate bottom (can be bikini or briefs)
c)under $50
d)size 7 and nothing too babyish like ruffles

I didn't know primary has swimsuits 
but I did buy some clothes for my 3rd recently and wasn't very impressed with the quality (it was kind of thin).
how's their quality in swimwear?

I love Swimzip bathing suits. They are pricier but hold up really well, and still under $50. They have a lot of cute styles. If she’s out in the sun they are also really good for sun protection but not so much a concern for indoor swim lessons.

We have loved this one from target. We started buying it in the toddler size and are now in the girls size. DD hates pulling a wet rash guard off so the full zipper is great. The color choices are pretty boring right now but more tend to come out in the spring.

Sometimes we buy a tankini set and use the bottom with the rash guard and keep the top just in case (generally from target). Or I grab bottoms from amazon like these:

@misolee: I bought tankinis and bottoms and they are reversible so they have two layers of high quantity material. I plan to spring for a rash guard when DD grows out.

Swimzip. Grandma bought us one from target this year and it's ok but no the same quality of swim zip.

I’ve bought them from Hanna Andersson in the past. We live in the tropics and go swimming all the time. They have held up well for 2 years.

I love me some HA but if you buy top and bottom its well over $50 
Her swim lesson are weekly (sometimes biweekly depending on schedule) and with all the chlorine, it gets roughed up pretty bad.

Lands End has nice quality suits. My daughter wore one from there for weekly swimming lessons for nearly a year, and although it faded a bit, it still looks way better than most of her other suits that she wore as often!
