I really need to get a few maternity tanks to use as layering pieces, but I'm not sure where the best quality/price is.
Any recommendations?

I like the Liz Lange maternity tanks at Target. They are good layering pieces and they go on sale a lot.

I love the Target BeMaternity tanks! They are really long, so good for layering. I actually still wear them and LO is almost a year!

I only have one maternity tank and it's from Motherhood. I really like it though because it has some padding for the breasts, which makes it really comfortable (and presumably will help with any leaking in the future...).

I found the most comfortable ones at Old Navy! The ones made from the jersey material were the best, followed by their ribbed tank tops.

Gap is AWESOME. I've been wearing them long after baby came too!
Old Navy is similar, but I just liked the quality and fit of the Gap ones a little better. Plus, I noticed that ON tanks were almost the same price as GAP most of the time!

i'm with @Pink Champagne, i have a gap ribbed tank that is my favorite. i have bought some items from old navy, but their quality is sometimes hit and miss so i happened to buy my tank from gap--i didn't try old navy tanks though, and it sounds from others like they are a good option!

Old Navy and Motherhood was where I found reasonable tanks that fit great. The Target ones didn't fit me right - they were cut too low in the chest.

Old Navy- the ones with the ruched sides. Just as an FYI they run really big- all the ones I had were smalls and I wore mostly mediums in all of their other maternity clothes.

@Pink Champagne: @edelweiss: @Tidybee: LOVE Gap Maternity tanks! Still wearing them and DS is a year old, haha
I love that they are not runched on the sides or have anything that looks maternity. They're just super stretchy and long. Perfect for layering!

@edelweiss: totally agree about the quality of Old Navy! some of the maternity tanks I bought were just like the Gap, soft and stretchy but others - same size and same style (I think the were a 2-for deal, too) - but they were stiff and had no stretch to them, I ended up tossing them.

I prefer my Old Navy and Motherhood ones. The one I got from Target seems to big or stretchy or something, so I'm constantly adjusting it; maybe I just got the wrong size though.

I really like the Liz Lange target ones. I'm still wearing them when I nurse because they're stretchy enough to take down one sleeve.

GAP! love. i have 4 non maternity scoop neck ones that are so long & comfy, and I can actually pull the neckline low enough to nurse! not stretched out either!

The Old Navy ribbed tank tops. They're cheap, long, and nice quality.

So far I love the GAP ribbed tanks and their Secret Cami tanks. They are soft and looong and hug nicely. After I got the Secret Camis, I actually returned some other maternity tops because it made a lot of my normal clothes more wearable. The material kind of holds down top layers if that makes sense! Oh and you can get them on sale 30% off sometimes or BOGO 1/2 off.

Walmart.com! I ordered a bunch of stuff from them and mostly everything I liked. I didn't want to spend a lot and I feel like Old Navy has really cheaped out on alot of their stuff. These are thick and long and come on multi packs. And u can return to store which is helpful.
