Will you need to nurse publicly there or will you just be pumping? I wore a strapless to a wedding when I had to sneak out and pump...depending on the fabric/structure, you could even nurse...

I wore a strapless dress. You could wear a sweater over it if it's cold? Once I wore a non nursing friendly dress and just went to the car and basically stripped down haha

Wrap dresses.

I found one that has a front zipper (why would a non-nursing woman want that?!?) it's the perfect nursing dress.

I went to a wedding one month after pp. Nothing fit except a dress with thick straps I wore with a cardigan. When I had to nurse, I basically stripped down in the car.

I found a cheap dress with a front zipper at h&m that I wore to a wedding. It worked out really well!

This is the dress I wore , crossover kind of style? Of course it did NOT open up like that on me! I was able to nurse in the lobby quite discreetly .

I wore this target dress (it's maternity) to me "meet the baby" brunch at about 6w PP. I had lost a significant amount of eight but still didn't fit anything, so I chose it for the reason that it was forgiving (the flow, the print) and also easy to nurse in. I am almost 5'4" so it was knee length.

The 2nd dress is a suggestion of a wrap-top dress with a forgiving flow and pattern. Also, you could wear a cardi with it.

I had to go to two weddings this summer where I nursed and I wore a silk button-down shirtdress to both.

And another was from the outnet, which had a lot of options. I also tried one from Anthropologie that I wound up sending back, but there was a lot out there. For summer I just wore a scarf to cover up as I nursed through the ceremony (I don't normally use a cover, but it seemed polite, and also it was sunny), but for fall you could add a blazer?
