I need some help from design oriented bees...We're buying a house where everything is awesome except that the bathrooms haven't been redone since the 80s (maybe the 70s...), so we're planning to redo them. A couple of questions I would love insight on:

1) What features do you love in a bathroom, in particular a master bath?

2) I need help on where to start design wise. The home is a rambling farmhouse built in the early 1800s (in the Greek revival style), that maintains a lot of the original details and is well-integrated with a large lot. My aesthetic tends to be super contemporary, and that just isn't a good match for the style of the house. I would love inspiration photos or ideas on where to start with a design that will be simple and integrate well with the old New England farmhouse aesthetic (kitchen has dark soapstone counters, which works well...)

Thank you!
